C.O.E.D.D.

COEDD was designated as an economic development district in 1967 encompassing eight counties: Creek, Hughes, Lincoln, Okfuskee, Pawnee, Payne, Pottawatomie, and Seminole.  Our mission is to provide planning and support services to assist member counties and communities in solving today's issues and preparing for tomorrow.

COEDD is organized to be flexible and responsive in aiding our membership with whatever issues may arise.  We cover numerous areas from Aging Services to Rural Fire.  If you are looking for a particular grant or program, check our "Programs & Services" page.  If you are unsure of which program your issue falls under, checkout our staff page for the employee(s) responsible for that area.
